General Sales Conditions (“GSC”)

Updated in March 2025.

GSC are applicable to any purchase made through the website www.sarafery.com.
I recommend that you read the GSC carefully before ordering any product on the Site. The GSC, the Privacy Policy, and the terms of use expressed by the Vademecum, Silver, and Brass Care, govern the contractual relationship with both the site and the products sold through the Site itself.
For any doubt about your online purchases feel always free to write to: fery@fery.it before proceeding with the navigation, making the order, and for any further clarification.

Time of shipping.
The average time is 1-2 weeks (from order placement to the scheduled shipment day).
The time which is required to ship the jewelry depends on the shipping service and country, but you’ll be updated from the shipping date with your track code and you’ll be able to check where your package is at every moment.

BUY NOW Product Details
The products are on sale as described on each product page at the price indicated on the WWW.SARAFERY.COM site on the day you submit/confirm your order.
The images and colors of the products on sale may not match exactly the actual ones because of the browsers used and the different settings of each monitor.
Each product is made entirely by hand without the use of molds, so differences in details, and colors, are a distinctive feature of the uniqueness and exclusivity of the product itself. No defects, but handcraft production signs.

Subjects who can buy online
Adults only can purchase on the Website.

Sale Agreement
The terms of purchase and sale and the products contract of sale can include the following ways:
– PIECES READY TO BE SHIPPED. You can purchase and pay directly for all the products in this dedicated section choosing through the available payment methods. You will receive immediately a purchase summary and you will be contacted to confirm the shipment.
– ORDER A PRODUCT. For MADE TO ORDER collections, you will be contacted as soon as possible via email to the address you have left for dealing with you about product modifications, customizations, payment methods, and shipping. You can decide to BUY it immediately and you’ll receive a recap of your order and I will write you to agree on details.
– ORDER A BESPOKE JEWEL. For bespoke jewels read the Vademecum and follow the instructions given. You will be followed step by step until shipment.

PACKAGING
Each order will be shipped with dedicated packaging.

BILLING
You will receive a regular PDF invoice by email. If you need a paper copy in your packaging, please let me know before shipping. If the order is a gift, please contact fery@fery.it beforehand by specifying the address where to send the invoice and to whom to send the product.

Prices and payment methods
– The prices indicated on the Site are inclusive of VAT as per law and will be adjusted to Italian law in force.
– Prices may change at any time, but changes will not apply to orders already confirmed by FERY.
– If for any reason, I am not able to accept your order and/or payment method, I will, at my discretion, not proceed with the charge and return the price already paid by reference to the law order within 5 working days of purchase.
– The indicated prices may not include shipping or evasion charges, depending on promotions made, offers, or others. If you click and pay for a product ready to buy, you’ll have the full and clear price at the checkout. If it’s a made-to-order or bespoke order, you’ll have the prices completely specified before your purchase, once confirmed and agree I’ll realize your order.
– Any promotional offers, discounts, prizes, and related conditions are valid only if confirmed by FERY in the order receipt validation.
Purchased products will be shipped only after having received the funds from your favorite payment method.
– Outside European Union, all the Customs procedures and any possible adding costs (e.g. Packages stopped by Customs) remain at the exclusive charge of the Customer.
